WarrantForge is a tool provided exclusively for verified government entities. Use of this service is intended to facilitate legal process under 18 U.S.C. § 2703(f) and other relevant statutes[cite: 22, 70].

2. Legal Compliance

Users agree that all requests generated through this platform are made in the course of ongoing criminal investigations[cite: 9, 41, 63]. Any misuse of the platform to generate unauthorized legal process is strictly prohibited.

3. Preservation Requests

Requests made via this platform are intended to require providers to take all necessary steps to preserve records and evidence in their possession pending the issuance of a court order.
