1. Data Encryption

To ensure maximum security, all Law Enforcement Sensitive (LES) data, including Probable Cause narratives and target identifiers, are stored using industry-standard encryption. Access is restricted based on agency roles.

2. Non-Disclosure

In accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2703, we honor the requirement that investigations not be disclosed to account holders when such notice would risk flight from prosecution or destruction of evidence[cite: 23, 24, 48, 72].

3. Information Retention

Agency data is retained only as long as necessary to facilitate the legal review and generation process. Once an officer dismisses a notification, records are archived securely for auditing purposes.
